Welcome to Hot Yoga.  This section is for you, our new “Hot Yoga” student.
Below is information that will answer your questions as well as melt away your apprehensions prior to your first class with us.

This is the Package of Choice for New Students who have never been to our classes before.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • It is best not to have a “Full Stomach” prior to taking a Hot Yoga class.  Try some Fruit (apples or berries) about an hour or more before class to level off your blood sugar.  Avoid heavy foods or foods that take time to digest.
  • Wear clothes that you can get wet and still be comfortable in while moving.  Clothes that allow your skin to breathe work best.  We have clothes to purchase at each studio as well.  It is not acceptable to practice in “under garments” or “speedos” in our studios.
  • Your level of hydration is important.  Take steps to ensure that you are well hydrated but, not overly hydrated.  Pure Clean water is the only acceptable means of hydrating your body.  Sugar laden, Sugar Free, or Caffinated drinks are best to be avoided.  Try Lemon squeezed in Pure Clean Water.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early if you are new so that you may get to know the studio and relax in the space prior to practice.
  • Online Registration to participate in our classes is not necessary and you may simply show up to any class without giving prior notice.  You may pay and register at any studio.  Workshops and Special events are best to pre-register online for.
  • To practice, you will need a Yoga Mat and LARGE towels as well as water.  You can buy and rent these from us or you may bring your own.  LARGE towels are the equivalent size of a Large Bath Towel and we recommend at least 2 of them as you will be standing on them to practice your Hot Yoga.

Before Class Please…

  • Arrive 15Min. Early
  • Wear Light Work Out Clothing
  • Bring Yoga Mat,Large Towels & Water (can be rented at studio)
  • Drink Plenty of Water Before Class
  • Eat something light at least one hour before class
  • Cell Phones make terrible Students, please leave them in your car
  • Avoid wearing Strong Perfumes,Colognes or Other Strong Scents
